Being my products are handmade and each special, I am not able to offer refunds or returns. If something is damaged during shipping, I am sadly not responsibile as it is out of my hands. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Damaged or Lost Package

Unfortunately once a package is scanned into the mail carrier's system I am no longer responsible for any lost or damaged packages. It is out of my hands once it is shipped, a lost package form can be filled out on the USPS website with the provided tracking information.

Shipping 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before purchasing! 

Packages take 2-4 business days to be shipped. After item is sent please allow 3-7 business days for package to arrive. During Holiday seasons please be patient with the mailing service as packages can get delayed & we are all trying our best.

If a package is returned to me due to wrong address, you will be asked to pay shipping fee to ship to the correct address.
